Baguio Goodies

I haven’t visited Baguio for many years now and I truly miss the cold weather more so if it’s scorching hot in Manila. I have a lot of fond memories of Baguio and some sad ones too. But, I won’t go into details here about that coz it isn’t relevant.

Last December, my friend Mhel of Certified Foodies went on a marathon *lol* vacation with her loved ones and Baguio was one of their destinations. She promised she’ll bring home some goodies including my request, a Good Shepherd Peanut Brittle.

When the package was delivered, the photos below made me jumped for joy! Well, you can’t blame me for jumping, these goodies doesn’t come that often,lol.

There’s my fave Peanut Brittle and Ube Jam, Pili nuts, Choco Flakes and a childhood fave – “Sundot Kulangot”,lol

My son was not able to contain himself and took out each goodie from the box. He isn’t fond of sweets but overjoyed in seeing too many different shapes and colors,lol.

Thanks Mhel for all these goodies! Note, I didn’t eat it all by myself. But the Ube Jam was all mine,lol!
